Yes. I can notarize documents related to your estate plan when notarization is required and all California notarial requirements are met.
4. Do you provide legal advice or prepare estate planning documents?
No. I am not an attorney and do not provide legal advice or prepare estate planning documents. My role is to perform the notarial act and help ensure the notarization process is completed properly.
5. Can you notarize a will?
Some wills may require notarization, while others may not. If your estate planning attorney has instructed you to have a document notarized, I can perform the notarization when the document and signer meet California's legal requirements.
6. Do you notarize advance healthcare directives?
Yes. I can notarize advance healthcare directives when notarization is required. Some healthcare documents may have alternative execution requirements, so I recommend following the instructions provided with your documents or by your attorney.

You will need the complete documents requiring notarization and a valid, acceptable form of identification. Documents should generally be completed before the appointment, except for signatures that must be made in the notary's presence.
